Hearing the Good News Fills Our Consciousness with God's Goodness and Abundance

Before a bout of hopelessness or despair overwhelms us, it is often that the Word we heard, which brought us joy and hope, has been taken away. That’s why we need to keep hearing the good news of Jesus.

Luke 8 “The seed is the word of God. Those along the path are the ones who have heard; then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. Those on the rock are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in a time of testing fall away.”

If the Word is not good, why would the devil steal it away? So nurture the Word you have heard and let it take root. God’s law dictates when someone steals from you and when you come before the Judge, the thief must repay 7-fold. So persevere – Your victory is just around the corner in Christ.

Amen, seven times restoration for past troubled times. Hearing the good news fills our consciousness with His goodness and abundance. All else is but an illusion.
