20 minutes of silent meditation by Andre and Mary Anne Rabe

I learnt that the greatest gift we can give to anyone is our presence. Similarly, God enjoys our company and anticipates moments of intimacy with us, where there is no expectation of any kind of performance.

In the beautiful moment of silence, conversation is moved to communion, as we move out of goal-oriented thinking and enter into a place of consent of being seen and known by God.

Although God is one with us all the time, the moments of silent awareness and intimacy bring depth and beauty into our relationship, without us having to judge or evaluate the outcome but simply enjoying the presence.
